Collection of Personal Information
When you register for an account on our Site, we collect your name and email address. Additionally, whenever you visit the Site, we automatically gather certain details about your device, including your web browser details, IP address, time zone, and cookies present on your device. As you navigate through the Site, we also track the specific web pages you look at, which websites or search queries brought you to our Site, and your interaction patterns with the Site. This automatically collected information is referred to as “Device Information.”
The following technologies are employed to collect Device Information:
“Cookies” are small data files placed on your device or computer that often contain a unique identifier. To learn more about cookies and how to disable them, you can visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
“Log files” monitor activities on the Site and gather data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, pages you entered or exited, and the date/time of your visit.
“Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files utilized to document your navigation of the Site.
In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” refers to both Device Information and account registration information described above.
Utilization of Your Personal Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Site, communicate with you about your account and our services, screen for potential risks or fraud, and, in alignment with your preferences, provide you with information regarding our products or services. Device Information helps us identify potential risks and fraud and to enhance and optimize our site through analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site. Contact information may be used for system alert purposes.

Disclosure of Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to assist us in operating our Site and providing our services. For instance, we use payment processors for subscription billing. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; your payment card details are collected and handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy, and TradePulse does not store full payment card numbers. Google Analytics is also employed to understand how our customers use the Site — you can learn more about how Google uses your Personal Information at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Additionally, we may disclose your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests, or to otherwise safeguard our rights.
Third-Party Broker Connectivity
TradePulse may integrate with third-party broker connectivity providers to enable users to link their existing brokerage accounts to our platform. These integrations are facilitated through third-party connectivity services and their respective broker partners.
Authentication, credential management, and account access associated with connected brokerage accounts are handled directly by the applicable third-party connectivity provider and the relevant broker platforms. TradePulse does not store, manage, or access users’ broker credentials or authentication information through these integrations.
The security practices, data handling, and access controls of third-party connectivity providers and connected broker platforms are governed by their own policies and are outside TradePulse’s administrative control or responsibility. Users are encouraged to review the applicable security and privacy policies of any third-party connectivity service and broker platform they choose to connect with through our platform.
Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your Personal Information. Sensitive data transmitted through our platform is encrypted using secure communication protocols including HTTPS and TLS. Access to personal data is limited to employees and authorized personnel who require it to perform specific tasks. For a full description of our security practices, please refer to our Security Measures.
Behavioral Advertising Practices
We may use third-party advertising and analytics services to understand how customers use the Site and to serve relevant advertisements. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal at http://optout.aboutads.info/ or through your individual browser and device settings.
Do Not Track Policy
We do not change our site’s data collection and usage practices upon detecting a Do Not Track signal from your browser. However, where required by applicable law, we will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information for the browser or device from which it is received.
Information Retention Policy
Account information and related data submitted through the site are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. As general guidance: account registration information is retained for the life of your account and for up to twelve (12) months after account closure; payment and transaction records are retained for up to seven (7) years to meet tax, accounting, and audit obligations; and Device Information and log files are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months. When Personal Information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. You may contact us at support@tradepulse.net to request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to any retention obligations that apply to us under applicable law.
Your Privacy Rights
TradePulse is operated from the United States and our services are directed to users in the United States. Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information under applicable state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), and comparable laws in other states. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@tradepulse.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Right to know, access, and delete. Subject to verification of your identity, you may request details about the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. You may also request that we delete Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to the exceptions permitted by law and the retention obligations described in the Information Retention Policy.
Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell your Personal Information for money. To the extent our use of advertising or analytics services qualifies as a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under the CCPA or similar state laws, you may opt out as described in the Behavioral Advertising Practices and Do Not Track sections, including by means of a recognized opt-out preference signal.
How to exercise your rights and appeal. You may submit a request, or designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, by contacting us at support@tradepulse.net. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where applicable state law provides a right to appeal a decision regarding your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting us at the same address.
Underage Privacy Protection
Our services do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information. If you suspect we might have data from or about a child under 13, please contact us at support@tradepulse.net.
Policy Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
